Trump's 'much ado about nothing'? From 50% to flat 10% — How court ruling brings change in US trade strategy

US tariffs: The US administration has imposed a 10 per cent ad valorem import duty on articles imported into the US. After the ruling, Trump announced in a post on Truth Social that the "global tariff" of 10 per cent on all countries has been signed and will be effective "almost immediately."
